A swarm of little flower robots that dance when you do. Visitors teach an AI their own poses, see where it gets confused, fix it, and learn how AI works while they play.

You raise your arm. Nothing happens. Three flower-shaped robots wait on the floor, their cores glowing blue. They don’t know you yet. Soon they’ll dance with you.

Teach the swarm your moves

A phone on a stand runs the app. It draws you as a stick figure that moves when you move. Strike a pose, take a few photos of it, and pick a move for the robots. Arm up, arm out, whatever feels like yours. The AI learns to tell your poses apart.

Now raise your arm again. This time all three set off at once, rolling side by side and turning together, their light shifting from blue to pink. It feels like a dance with partners who are still learning the steps.

Where the AI gets confused

Sometimes you strike one pose and the robots make the wrong move. A confusion matrix shows you why. It’s a grid with the poses you made down one side and the poses the AI guessed along the top. The squares on the diagonal, where the two agree, are its hits. Every other square is a mix-up.

If it keeps reading “arm up” as “arm out”, you see it at once. Make the two poses more different, take fresh photos, let the AI learn again. That square empties, and the robots follow you.

What your visitors take home

AI usually works out of sight. Here people train it with their own body. They watch it stumble, see why, and fix it. Nobody has to lecture them.

The swarm comes in more than one look, from bronze flowers with glowing cores to star-shaped blossoms that shimmer green, blue, pink and gold. Visitors come for the dance. They leave knowing how a machine learns, because they’ve just taught one.
